a man who donated artificial robotic arms for free.

Today you are going to see the most kind hearted person. Who donated artificial robotic arms for free to the poor and unaffordable families.

PRASHANT GADE HAS PROVIDED MORE THAN 1500 PROSTHETIC ARMS FOR THE DISABLED FOR FREE.

how his journey was started:
he said, One lady came to us and we fixed her a hand like we do for other patients. she just kept looking her hand for 2 minutes and then started crying. She said that now she would be able to comb her daughter's hair. when you do something for others and see the happiness on their faces then it feels as if I have met god.
engineering college was totally different from my expectations. I thought we would learn about innovations and have discussion about them. but there was neither innovation nor any discussion about it. the only thing we were thought was how to get those 40 marks, how to pass the exams and how to get a job.

he dropped out of engineering college in his third year and joined a robotic course. he took up the project to build a robotic arm and began looking for people who might need them.

till then, I didn't realize the need to help others. I just wanted to do my project. the first person I met for the project was a small 7 year-old girl. she was born without arms. I just felt that I should do something. I approached a company and asked for the cost of two arms. the next day, they told me that it would cost 24 lakhs. I researched about how many more people requires such hands. In india itself, every year, 40,000 people lose their hands. 85% of the people do not have any solution because they cannot afford prosthetic arms. I thought maybe this is the purpose of my life.
In 2015, after months of research, he was able to build an affordable prosthetic arm. he founded inali foundation in 2016, to distribute prosthetic arms for free. we made a hand which can be fitted to anyone and anywhere. today, there might be  many more people who might be in dire need of such a hand.we can go from village to village to help such people.we can give this hand to them and give them hope that they can do something in life.
