One day when he was selling oranges a foreigner came to him and asked for the price of the orange. As he was illiterate he can't able to speak english other than kannada. The cyclone named mandous is coming all the way from the sea Bay of Bengal. The cyclone was named by United Arab Emirates (UAE).In Chennai and it's surrounding rural and many areas were receiving heavy rainfall since 24 hours.  And it expected that the cyclone will cross Chennai in next 9 hours in the area of  Tambaram Chennai.  And in the coast of bay of Bengal the beaches of Chennai and it's surrounding seas are having a high tides(waves).  The people's were restricted to go to beaches for the safety purpose and many of the newly constructed bridge for handicapped people in Marina beach Chennai has been damaged due to waves.  The people living near the sea and cyclone affecting areas are requested to vacate their places.
